Consents24 - Online Consent Tracking and Reporting
Consent24 software has been developed to address the need to display and report on consent information in a flexible manner. This may include displaying of consent information for public tracking and documents on the council website or making this information available to 3rd party applications (internal or external) via secure webservices. This also includes a Data to XSLT templates for flexible layout options. Consent24 is a does not create data, only reads and displays data from various council systems including Property, GIS, Documents and Policy24. Consent24 will show public release allowed documents for both Property and Consents. This means that the public are informed of communication (E.g. Further Information Request Letter) before letters are even delivered.
Consent24 integrates with many of the Local Government systems such as Authority from Civica, Pathway from INFOR, the TechnologyOne suit, ESRI, Intramaps, Objective and TRIM to access documents, customer, consent and property details and enable spatial integration.
